About the practice
Led personally by
Paul John Everitt.
Everitt Management Limited is a boutique consultancy registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16809487) and based in Lowestoft, Suffolk. Every engagement is scoped, delivered and signed off by the director — never passed down.
The practice works with owner-managed and family businesses across the UK: in person where it helps, remotely as standard.

How are services delivered?
All consultations and coaching sessions are delivered by video call (Microsoft Teams or Google Meet — your choice), with documents and written summaries sent by email. In-person delivery can be arranged for audits and retainers where practical.
What happens after I book?
You receive an order confirmation immediately, and a personal email within one business day to schedule your session and share a short preparation questionnaire. Sessions typically take place within five business days of booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. As a consumer you also have a 14-day cooling-off period on services that have not yet been delivered — see our Refunds & Cancellations policy for full details.
How do I pay?
Securely online at checkout. We accept PayPal and major debit/credit cards. Invoicing is available for monthly advisory retainers on request.
Do you work with my industry?
Everitt Management is a generalist management practice; the Discovery Consultation is the fit-check. If we conclude we're not the right help for your situation, we'll say so plainly and refund the fee.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is treated as confidential, handled in line with UK GDPR (see our Privacy Policy), and we're happy to sign an NDA before any engagement.
