Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of consulting and coaching services from EVERITT MANAGEMENT LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16809487), registered office: 29 Planters Grove, Lowestoft, England, NR33 9QL (“we”, “us”). Contact: consultant@everittmanagement.co.uk · +44 7537 127733.
1. Our services
We provide management-consultancy and coaching services, including consultations, audits, reviews, coaching programmes and advisory retainers (“Services”). Each Service’s scope, duration and price are described on its product page. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
2. Booking and contract formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Services. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We will contact you within one business day of your order to schedule delivery.
3. Delivery of services
Unless agreed otherwise, Services are delivered remotely by video call (Microsoft Teams or Google Meet) and by email. Sessions are normally scheduled within five business days of booking, subject to mutual availability. Written deliverables are sent to the email address provided at checkout within the timescale stated on the relevant product page.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, attend scheduled sessions punctually, and supply any documents or data reasonably required for us to deliver the Service. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, may result in the session being counted as delivered.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Consumers benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details, including how delivery within the cooling-off period affects refunds, are set out in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Fees and payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout via the payment methods offered (including PayPal and major debit/credit cards). Monthly advisory retainers are billed per calendar month in advance; either party may end the retainer at the end of a paid month with 14 days’ written notice.
7. Nature of advice
Our Services provide general management advice and coaching. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You remain responsible for decisions taken in your business, and we recommend seeking appropriate regulated professional advice where required.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. We are happy to enter into a separate non-disclosure agreement on request.
9. Intellectual property
Materials we prepare for you (reports, roadmaps, session notes) are licensed to you for use within your business once paid for in full. Our underlying methods, templates and know-how remain ours.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any Service is limited to the fees paid for that Service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or goodwill.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of a Service, email consultant@everittmanagement.co.uk and we will respond within two business days and work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
12. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. These Terms were last updated on 16 July 2026.
