Refunds & Cancellations
We want every engagement with EVERITT MANAGEMENT LIMITED to be worth considerably more than it costs. If something isn’t right, this policy explains exactly where you stand.
1. Your 14-day cooling-off period
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the order confirmation without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- If no part of the service has been delivered, you receive a full refund.
- If you asked us to begin during the cooling-off period (for example, your session took place in that window), we may deduct an amount proportionate to what has already been delivered, and refund the balance.
- Once a service has been fully delivered with your prior agreement, the right to cancel that service lapses.
To cancel, email consultant@everittmanagement.co.uk with your order number. No special form is required.
2. Rescheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice — just reply to your scheduling email. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of non-attendance, the session may be counted as delivered.
3. Our fit guarantee
The Discovery Consultation exists to check we are the right help for your situation. If, during that consultation, we conclude that we are not, we will say so plainly and refund the consultation fee in full.
4. Monthly advisory retainers
Retainers are billed per calendar month in advance. You may cancel future months at any time with 14 days’ written notice; months already delivered are not refundable.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (card or PayPal) within 14 days of the refund decision, and you will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.
6. Anything unresolved
If you believe a service has not been delivered as described, contact us at consultant@everittmanagement.co.uk or +44 7537 127733. We respond within two business days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
