• Enquiry data — information you send via the contact form or by email.
• Engagement data — business information you share with us during consultations and coaching.
• Technical data — limited cookie and log data needed to run the website securely (see Cookies below).

2. Why we process it

• To deliver services you have purchased (performance of a contract).
• To respond to enquiries (legitimate interests).
• To keep accounting records (legal obligation).
• To protect the website against fraud and abuse (legitimate interests).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

3. Payments

Card and PayPal payments are processed by our payment providers; full payment details are handled by them and never stored on our servers. Please see your payment provider’s own privacy policy for details of their processing.

4. Sharing and transfers

We share data only with the service providers needed to run this website and deliver our services (hosting, payment processing, video conferencing, email), each acting under their own compliance obligations. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses apply.

5. Retention

Order and accounting records are kept for six years as required by UK tax law. Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months. Engagement notes are kept for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; restriction of or objection to processing; and data portability. This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function — session cookies for the shopping basket and checkout, and security cookies set by our hosting platform. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
